Once again, Jay Bakker’s sermon blows my mind. In the course of defending McLaren, a man who should be considered one of the great thinkers of 21st century Christianity, he tosses out this mindbending gold nugget about loving the wrong people. Pretty freakin’ spectacular.
Check out Brian McLaren in The Ordinary Radicals documentary: http://www.theordinaryradicals.com/
Brian McLaren is a raving heretic who has no business preaching or writing books on spiritual matters. His latest book is evidence of his heterodoxy and he is in great need of holding his tongue and listening to what the Scriptures say about Christ.
Unfortunately, McLaren is enabled by church going folk who are either too stupid, too lazy, or too disinterested in reading the Word of God in order to ajudge this heretic rightfully for what he is.
While we welcome all points of view here, I would encourage you to specifically address what exactly it is that you disagree with McLaren on. If you don’t wish to do this, I suggest moving on; no one here is interested in getting into a flame war with a troll.
Love it Love it Love it…
God was speaking to me as direct as he had in a long time listening to this.
